This is a completely remodeled 2 bedroom, four season lake house with an AMAZING WEST-FACING VIEW from your living room. You will not find a better view of the lake or a more amazing sunset than from this property.
Sleeps 6 comfortably. There is also an option for additional usable space in the lower level of the property (inquire when calling).
Enjoy 120 ft of private firm sandy/stoney frontage on 3600 acre North and South Twin Lake, including a private pier. There are stairs to the water as well as an access point to the water on the left side of the lot that does NOT require stairs. The property also includes a deck overlooking the lake, deck furniture, a grill, lawn chairs, a fire pit, a 2 car detached garage, a fish cleaning station, good yard space, and a 26x36 outbuilding with 12 ft. doors. There is a boat and motor that comes with the property and is available for rent. The low traffic public boat launch is just down the road as well for those of you who want to bring your own boat. Easy in, easy out...or just leave your boat at your private pier for the week.
